LEST WE FORGET THE INTINERY OF SATAN

Written by: Chux Ubani.

"And the Lord said unto Satan, From whence comest thou? And Satan answered the Lord, and said, From going to and fro in the earth, and from walking up and down in it".
Job 2:1King James Version (KJV)
From the above portion of the Bible, it is very evident that even though Satan resides on earth, he has no fixed address and neither sleeps nor rests. He is always busy, parambulating, roaming, going from one part of the earth to the other, in search of vulnerable persons to attack. This is an act of a desperate being who does not mean well for anyone. Satan goes for the kill. This is why the book of 1 Peter 5:8 warns us to be sober and vigilant because Satan, the adversary, is like a roaring lion, roaming about, seeking for whom to devour.
What this means is that Satan does not need your invitation to attack. He is desperately getting more desperate by the day, as end time draws closer. He roams around, inflicting pains and infecting people with sicknesses and diseases, as much as he can before his time is up.
The spirit realm, like the natural world, abhors vacuum. It is either we are under God's protection or vulnerable for Satan to afflict, anyhow, anywhere and anytime. The only means of escaping satanic attacks is by allowing God into our lives. When God becomes our source of life, He builds a hedge around us that makes it impossible for Satan to touch us.
Unlike Satan, God does not roam around because God is omnipresent and omniscient. But in spite of God's nature, He is not forceful. Unlike Satan that does not need your invitation, God gently stands on the door of every heart, gently knocking, and patiently waiting for us to open the door of our heart and let Him in, to come and dine with us. No one dines with God and remains the same. When we accept Him into our lives today, we keep away the roaring, desperate and evil Satan from us here on earth, while at the same time securing for ourselves eternal life hereafter.
